Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove WELLINGTON INTERBUILD LIMITED ("the company") from the
New Zealand Register, under section 318(1)(d) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased
to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to this removal must be delivered to the Registrar
of Companies, Private Bag 92061, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, by 31 March 2010.
