Notice of Intended Removal of Entities From
the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the entities
be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant
to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of each entity has been completed.
Unless written objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies by
19 March 2010, the Registrar may remove the entities from the Register.
