TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 2) 2010

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Deputy Secretary, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

1. Title - This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2010.
2. Commencement - This Notice comes into force on 1 January 2011.
3. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended - The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 2009.80.19 and 2009.80.39 and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
4. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items revoked - The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 0811.20.09 11H, 0811.90.19 02K and 0811.90.19 21F.
