Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES-AVONHEAD KINGDOM HALL TRUST (27 January 2009).
SOCIETY OF MAORI ASTRONOMY, RESEARCH AND TOURISM (6 April 2010).
With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
