Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that GOLDEN CIRCLE LIMITED will cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, not earlier than three months after the date of publication
of this notice, will apply for removal from the Register of Companies.
GOLDEN CIRCLE LIMITED products will continue to be available in New Zealand through supermarkets and other suppliers.
