POWERTECH PTY LTD, being an overseas company, hereby gives notice, in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of its intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand not earlier than three months from the date of this notice.
Any claims arising as a consequence of this decision should be advised in the first instance to the undersigned.
