VGX ANIMAL HEALTH, INC. hereby gives notice that is intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and apply to be removed from the Overseas Companies Register pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
The company will give notice to the Registrar to remove this company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
