WALK OFF MATS (ASIA PACIFIC) PTY LTD, being an overseas company, hereby gives notice, in accordance with section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of its intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any claims arising as a consequence of this decision should be advised in the first instance to the undersigned at PO Box 12621, Thorndon, Wellington 6144.
