Lisa Krukziener Moss and Jeff Moss, the directors of
the above-named overseas company, situated at Level 1, Harbourview Building, 152 Quay Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that the above-named company has ceased trading in New Zealand since 3 September 2010.
It is intended to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 31 October 2010.
