The company gives notice that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and apply to be removed from the Overseas Companies Register pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
No earlier than the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice, the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
