Notice is hereby given by the directors, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TELECHNICS PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
The company will give notice to the Registrar to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
