Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that NYK LOGISTICS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD ("the company"), an overseas company having its principal place of business in
New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice, will give notice
to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand causing the Registrar to remove the company from the Register of Overseas Companies as soon as practicable after the date specified in that notice.
