Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act")
The company is an overseas company having its principal place of business in New Zealand at Level 1, 308 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Act, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice of the company's intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the grounds that, at the date of such request, the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
