Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
CPR COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS PTY. LTD. ("the company") gives notice, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand from 30 June 2009.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this
public notice, the company will request removal from the
New Zealand Companies Register.
