Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on 20 May 2010, FIRST STATE AUCTIONS (NZ) PTY LIMITED will cease carrying on business in New Zealand in accordance with provisions of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice will be given to the Registrar in accordance with section 341(1)(b) after three months from this notice.
