Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Refusal of Order of Discharge
The following order was made in the High Court at Hamilton on 10 September 2010, that, pursuant to section 110(1)(d) of the Insolvency Act 1967, Whitelaw, Barry Raymond is refused an order of discharge from his bankruptcy and that the earliest date on which he may apply for a discharge from bankruptcy is 13 September 2013.
