Notice of Last Day for Lodging Proofs of Claim
The following order was made in the High Court at Hamilton on 12 October 2010:
That under section 8 of the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006, an order has been made to assist the trustee of
the English bankruptcy estate of Simpson, Alan Geraint and that in terms of the order the official assignee
now calls for any creditor of Simpson, Alan Geraint in New Zealand to lodge a proof of claim (in accordance
with section 233 of the Insolvency Act 2006) with my
office on or before 29 October 2010.
