This document notifies you that:
1. On 12 November 2010, an application for putting TROY RESIDENTIAL & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 4 February 2011 at 10.00am.
