This document notifies you that:
1. On 2 November 2010, an application for putting THE CELEBRITY BOOK COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday 15 December 2010 at 10.45am.
