This document notifies you that:
1. On 26 November 2009, an application for putting ROEN GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wanganui. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wanganui on Wednesday 24 March 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
