This document notifies you that:
1. On 31 August 2010, an application for putting TWEEDIE DIGGER & DOZER LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 15 November 2010 at 10.00am.
