This document notifies you that:
1. On 17 September 2010, an application for putting ENL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Christchurch on 1 November 2010
at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is the Grey District Council, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 7, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
