This document notifies you that:
1. On 16 September 2010, an application for putting PMW FINANCE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 3 November 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is ING Life (NZ) Limited, whose registered office is Level 3, 205 Wairau Road, Glenfield, North Shore City, and whose address for service is at
