This document notifies you that:
1. On 8 September 2010, an application for putting TOLAGA BAY CASHMERE COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Gisborne. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Gisborne on 2 November 2010 at 10.00am.
