This document notifies you that:
1. On 13 April 2010, an application for putting RFD INVESTMENTS LIMITED (now in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 8 November 2010 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Allied Farmers Investments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 7, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
