This document notifies you that:
1. On 25 May 2010, an application for putting HUNTER HILLS LUMBER LIMITED into liquidation was
filed in the High Court at Timaru. The application is
to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday
19 October 2010 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
