This document notifies you that:
1. On 13 November 2009, an application for putting CLENDON INN 2007 LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 23 April 2010 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is 3 Bald Men Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 6, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
