This document notifies you that:
1. On Thursday 12 November 2009, an application for putting MIDDLE EARTH TILE & DESIGN CENTRE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 5 March 2010 at 10.00am.
