This document notifies you that:
1. On 23 July 2010, an application for putting GOOD START PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (as trustee in the Emanem Property Development Trust) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 11 October 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
