This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 October 2009, an application for putting
NEW ZEALAND BULBS LIMITED (formerly BULB CONTRACTING LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 10 February 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
