This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 July 2010, an application for putting J A ALLEN WAIPU LIMITED (formerly HIGHWAY HOUSE MOVERS LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 13 September 2010 at 10.00am.
