This document notifies you that:
1. On 29 June 2010, an application for putting GEE
K CIVIL & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 8 September 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
