This document notifies you that:
1. On Thursday 1 July 2010, an application for putting KAKANUI RIVERWATCH INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Timaru. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday 17 August 2010 at 11.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is the Otago Regional Council, whose address for service is at the offices of Ross Dowling Marquet Griffin, Solicitors, 2nd Floor, Savoy Building, 50 Princes Street, Dunedin.
