This document notifies you that:
1. On 24 June 2010, an application for putting NORTHCOTE POINT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 8 September 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later that the second working day before the date of the hearing.
3. The plaintiff is Centillion Investments Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at Wilson McKay, 1A St Vincent’s Avenue, Remuera, Auckland, and whose address for service is at the office of Lowndes Associates, Level 5, Lowndes Associates House, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
4. The plaintiff’s statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
