This document notifies you that:
1. On 30 June 2010, an application for putting ATOMIC DEVELOPERS LIMITED into liquidation by the
High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 11 August 2010 at 10.45am.
