This document notifies you that:
1. On 23 June 2010, an application for putting TWIN PINES THOROUGHBREDS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 11 August 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Twin Pines Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Lawyers, Level 20, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:

(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP 24036, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 309 4112.
