This document notifies you that:
1. On 14 June 2010, an application for putting WETA ESTATE LIMITED and KAKARA ESTATE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High
Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday 4 August 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant companies, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiffs are Goldridge Estate Vineyards 4334 Limited and Hillersden Vineyard Contracting Limited, whose address for service is care of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers, Level 11, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010 (Attention: Merran Chisholm).
