1. Members of the public are notified that on 21 June 2010, an application for an order, under section 174 of
the Companies Act 1993, in respect of TRAVEL PARTNERS LIMITED was filed in the High Court
at Dunedin. The order sought is an order for relief pursuant to section 174(2) of the Companies Act 1993. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 26 July 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Fay Christine Tikey, whose address for service is care of Gallaway Cook Allan, Solicitors, corner of High and Princes Streets (PO Box 143), Dunedin.
