This document notifies you that:
1. On Thursday 3 June 2010, an application for putting WEST MOUNT ENTERPRISES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. The application is to be heard by the High Court at
New Plymouth on 10 August 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
