This document notifies you that:
1. On 11 June 2010, an application for putting THE COMMUNICATIONS PARTNERSHIP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 28 July 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Carat New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
