This document notifies you that:
1. On 20 May 2010, an application for putting STRAW BUILT HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 21 June 2010 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
