This document notifies you that:
1. On 14 April 2010, an application for putting ELGIN INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
On 5 May 2010, an amended application for putting ELGIN INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 4 June 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Allied Farmers Investments Limited, whose address for service is care of the plaintiff’s solicitor, Andrew Monteith, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street. Auckland.
4. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit, and the
