This document notifies you that:
1. On 16 February 2010, an application for putting HIGHGROVE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on Tuesday 20 April 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
