This document notifies you that:
1. On 23 December 2009, an application for putting WILLOWSPRINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Masterton. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on
15 March 2010 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The plaintiff is Liberty Financial Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at Level 8, Tower Building, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, whose address for service is at the office of Lowndes Associates, Level 5, Lowndes Associates House,
18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
4. The plaintiff’s statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
