Pursuant to section 49 of the Privacy Act 1993, I give notice as follows:
1. The Justice Sector Unique Identifier Code 1998 Amendment No 2:
(a) was issued on 19 December 2008; and
(b) will come into force on 3 January 2011.
2. The Post-Compulsory Education Unique Identifier Code 2001:
(a) was revoked on 19 March 2009; and
(b) the revocation will become effective on
3 January 2011.
3. The Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 Amendment No 3:
(a) was issued on 18 December 2009; and
(b) will come into force on 3 January 2011.
