Under section 159B(2) of the Education Act 1989
("the Act"), the Minister for Tertiary Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice may be cited as the Education (Identification of Bodies Providing Tertiary Education-related Services as Organisations) Notice 2010.
2. Commencement-This notice applies from the date of its publication.
3. Identification of bodies as organisations-For the purpose of Part 13A of the Act, the Minister for Tertiary Education identifies the following bodies, being bodies that provide tertiary education-related services, as organisations within the meaning of section 159B(1)(c) of the Act:
WorldSkills New Zealand.
Adult Community Education Aotearoa Incorporated.
