The Commerce Commission ("Commission") made standard terms determinations (STDs) under section 30M of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), in respect of
the designated access service of "Telecom's unbundled copper local loop network" set out in Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Act:
- Telecom's UCLL Network Service ("Decision 609") on 7 November 2007;
- Telecom's Sub-loop UCLL Network Service ("Sub-loop UCLL") ("Decision 672") on 18 June 2009.
Pursuant to section 58(2) of the Act, the Commission is required to give public notice that it has amended Decisions 609 and 672 for the purposes of making a clarification under section 58(1) of the Act.
Clarification Decision 697 made amendments to Decisions 609 and 672 to make it clear that the bulk rate for certain service components in the UCLL and Sub-loop UCLL
Price Lists is applicable for 20 or more simultaneous new connections or transfers at the same exchange or distribution cabinet.
