Pursuant to subclause 3.4(11) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 (the Rule) and pursuant to a sub-delegation to me by the New Zealand Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Manager, hereby authorise the continuation beyond 1 November 2010 of the installation and maintenance of experimental parking zone signs and markings described in the notice entitled "Alternative Parking Zone Signs and Markings Trial" (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 February 2010, No. 10, page 311) until either this Rule is amended to allow their use or a decision is made not to so amend this Rule.
