Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) gives notice that
Galpro Stylex Limited intends to apply for approval of
the Code of Practice: Non refillable cylinders manufactured to BS EN 12205: 2001.
Under Regulation 25(a)(ii) of the Hazardous Substances (Compressed Gases) Regulations 2004, ERMA may
approve a code of practice that specifies requirements equivalent to the requirements of a standard referred to
in Regulation 25(a)(i). Galpro Stylex Limited has applied for non refillable cylinders manufactured to BS EN 12205: 2001 to be approved under this Regulation.
