Pursuant to section 448 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, notification is hereby given of the making of the following marine protection rule:
Marine Protection Various Amendments 2010
Subpart B of these rules comes into force on 1 October
2010. Subpart A of these rules comes into force on
1 January 2011, except for rule 29 which comes into force on 1 August 2011.
